This building located on Calle La Carrera, follows the typical scheme of the traditional Canarian terrera house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality. After its construction, possibly in the middle of the twentieth century, the building is expanded by building a series of subsequent bodies. It currently houses two independent and differentiated homes, which show signs of having recently been intervened. |

This building of great constructive simplicity, follows the guidelines of the popular Canarian terraced house, of a single height, where its main body is defined by a single crust parallel to the va, the roof system is simple, solved by a roof inclined to four waters of Arabic tile, on a structure of wood of pair and row. The main facade presents a very simple compositional scheme, composed of two door-window openings, extending the front to both sides by means of a wall, where the access doors to each of the houses are located. |
