This property is located on Avenida de Los Remedios, built throughout the eighteenth century undergoing an evolution in its configuration until reaching its current appearance in the early nineteenth century, where its third level was completed as a barn. Its construction follows the models of the traditional Canarian domestic architecture with a square floor that houses a magnificent central courtyard inside, with mud influences and with galleries on right wooden feet and still showing on some of its roofs the use of the wooden structure to three waters with covering of Arabic tile. |

Construction of a square floor with a central courtyard that structures the building in the traditional way, three heights and roof resolution with the use of wooden structures of pair and row showing inside some works of lacer and covering of Arabic tile , together with the incorporation of flat roofs, due to subsequent interventions. The structuring of the house is carried out by means of the galleries that cross the inner central courtyard and that give access to the different rooms of the noble floor, while still maintaining a distillery built into them. The main front of the building has an asymmetrical arrangement of its openings, showing five on the ground floor with the access cover on the central wall weakened by windows leaving the other doors to its sides. The upper floor with four openings housing wooden windows with a quarter-sill sash and guillotine sheets with glazed fenestration. On the right side the third height is raised with a single window centered on the country. The facade is topped by a sill that hides the roofs showing drains of drainage. |
