Dated in the twentieth century, the property is located on the side of Garc a Estrada square. He rose on the first day each following the trace of its owner Felipe Siverio Bueno, carpenter by profession. Design or the housing of measured classicism, totally disorganized, saved the existing balustrade the parapet that delimits the roof inclined towards the public vault.

The property was developed on two floors on one floor in 'U ' existing in the area of public character a rectangular facade of two height. This characteristic form of 'U ' is obtained by creating a single property composed of several united modules. The plant in 'U ' leaves a small yard in the back. The arrangement of the gaps is neat where the window doors on the upper floor are located above the access doors. The facade is topped off with a cornice and on it a parapet with balustrades. The walls are made by brick masonry and cement mortar, covering the different cracks by sloping roofs of curved tile on a pair and row structure, the main module being in contact with the four-water street and the rest to two Inside, the access ladder to the upper floor stands out and the volume is divided by wooden flooring.

The property is built on two floors generating a square main facade in which the opening of 8 oblong openings stands out. As a characteristic of the architectural style, the facade has cornices and imposts, in addition to masonry balusters on the parapet of the roof.-Casa Felipe Siverio (García Estrada, 7)

The existing doors on the ground floor are composed of two folding leaves with geometric decoration in relief in each of the rectangular quarters of which each leaf is composed. Superiorly there is a glazed upright that allows access to light inside.-Casa Felipe Siverio (García Estrada, 7)

The carpenter on the floor is characterized by having a window door with two swinging leaves. In the lower part there is a quarter with geometric relief molding. The main part of the set is made up of glass shutters as a guillotine window that allows access to light inside. The window doors have an interior opening, so the balcony-shaped forge that limited the free fall has presumably disappeared.-Casa Felipe Siverio (García Estrada, 7)

Delimiting the facade superiorly, along its entire width, a cornice made of cement mortar is located. On the ledge and delimiting the perimeter of the roof inclined towards the public vap is a parapet with strips of masonry balustrade a.-Casa Felipe Siverio (García Estrada, 7)
