The property takes its name from one of the last owners who lived there, public office in the municipality's municipality. Follow the model of other existing properties on Garc a Estrada street composed of a house with a height and one of two floors presumably used as a barn. Throughout history the property undergoes the construction of new annexed modules in the rear area. It follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with Facades of very simple compositional scheme.

The original building is built on a rectangular floor plan, transforming its plant into a square after the construction of the new annexed modules in the back. The building is built using stone and mud walls, generating a building with one and two floors in the public area, the new modern bill modules at the rear are erected on two floors. The original carpentry in the main façade stands out, the existing roofs are in three waters in the module of one floor and four in the two-story module. The roofs are made using a pair and row structure made of wood. The new modules have sloping roofs made of flat roof tiles.

The main facade of the property is characterized by its characteristic form of% u201CL% u201D, adapting to the orography of the road. The window carpenter is very elaborate. The windows as a singular and original element are divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The central part is made up of two glazed folding leaves. In the upper part there is a folding upright consisting of two sheets with 2 glazed frames each. In the door the same decoration system is repeated as in the windows, forming a compositional set. The door is made of two folding leaves, each of them shaped in turn by rectangular and square frames. Another of the existing window models in the property, on the ground floor, is characterized by being composed of two parts. A fixed lower part as a sill, with two rectangular frames with geometric relief decoration. A fixed lower part as a sill, with two square frames with geometric relief decoration. Another second part composed of two foldable sheets of glazed quarters. The frame is flat.
