Unique property that forms a building unit with the original house located next to the one belonging to the 18th century, working on an extension to the beginning of the 20th century that shaped new rooms and whose facade result responds to the canons applied to many buildings of those years, where the compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property coexist with a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences acquiring an ecological style, incorporating new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements.

Plant building in 'L ' that surrounds and preserves the original house with its two wings, backyard and two heights with flat roof. The main front of marked slenderness, is composed of two bands of different width that divide the facade vertically, which house a space on each floor with geometric decoration on their lintels, showing a forging sill the gaps of the upper floor. The set is crowned with a ledge that marks the roof level and finished with a geometric decoration factory parapet with small columns attached to it.
