CASA BETHENCOURT

The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the building, where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences, encompasses it within the typology of ecological property. It is built between medians, of two heights, where as is characteristic of the style, the six openings are distributed perfectly aligned in a grid, three in the lower part corresponding to two gaps of doors and one of garage, and in the first floor three small balconies with windows protected by a sill composed of forging elements, giving the house a wide ventilation and light input. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

   To finish off the façade, aligned with the openings, there is a balustrade interspersed in the blind parapet, after which the roof resolved to three waters is located, in addition to perpendicular to this first creak, there is another module with a two-deck roof. waters
