Urban urban architecture that presents a simple ecological style, built in the first half of the 20th century. |

The building currently has a plant in 'L ' with flat roof, of a single height above ground in its main facade, while in its rear facade the property develops two heights, taking advantage of the topography present in the land. The interest of this building lies in its facade. Each of its four openings, present their decorated arcane arches, as do the jambs. To finish off the façade, it has a cornice that marks the flat roof line, and aligned with the openings, a balustrade is placed interspersed in the blind parapet of the roof. In the middle it is located at the access door, with two windows being left on one side and presenting an original garage door to the other, forming a configuration that is unchanged. |
