Property built between medians that was built during the 19th century, treated within Los Realejos of one the models of ecological architecture that architecturally renews the predominant mud jar style so far. Renovation promoted by the local bourgeois classes, responding to the vision and modern image that was being imposed at that time in the Canary Islands. The facade highlights its compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features. The incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

Erected on a rectangular plot, the property is characterized by having a screen facade. Its plant in the first creak is rectangular, keeping in the back a garden and a wooden corridor and mamposter on jabalcones. It is done through stone and mud walls (originally), being replaced in certain areas by more modern materials (bricks). The arrangement of the openings in its main façade is orderly, with the decoration centered on the rails of the existing balconies on the upper floor, the design of the carpenter, the use of cornices, imposts and parapets. The set is covered with a sloping roof with four curved tile waters on a pair and row structure.

Situación

The property is erected on two floors generating a rectangular main facade in which the opening of six oblong openings stands out. As a characteristic of the architectural style, the façade has cornices and imposts, in addition to wrought iron balusters on the windows of the upper floor and the whole is topped off with a parapet on a ledge.-Casa Albelo (San Agustín, 55)

The window doors of the upper floor are composed of two folding leaves. Composed of four quarters, one of wood with decoration na base of relief tablets in the lower part and three upper glazing. Inside, the crystals are topped with light caps. In the upper part of the set is a glazed upright. In the window-doors of the upper floor there is a small wrought iron outside that generates a small balcony of last communication with the public car.-Casa Albelo (San Agustín, 55)
