This mud jar property forms an architectural unit with the one registered as the number 8 of the street ngeles Mart n Fuentes, currently present as two independent units due to a segregation possibly carried out in the twentieth century, it is a building n mud jar t pica from the late seventeenth to early eighteenth century, although intervened in later centuries.

We are facing a two-storey, rectangular-height mud jar building, located on the corner of the intersection of Toste and Angel Martn Fuentes streets, where the first creak corresponds to the most primitive part of the building, the main facade, Towards the Plaza de la Concepcion church, it is composed of a series of openings that do not follow any order in their composition, and which are currently presented with different carpenters installed in different few, missing some of the originals, The facade is topped with a double-row tile eave, recently rebuilt in an intervention that also affected the roof, where the tiles of the registered one were replaced with the number 1 of Toste Street. The first creak is solved by means of two wooden decks and four-row row roof with Arabic tile, while the most recent modules attached to this first crust are solved with a flat roof.
