This cross chapel located on El Moc n street, belongs to the group of chapels dedicated to the diffusion and devotion to the Holy wood in Los Realejos. It is a very recent building, whose origin lies in the existence of a wooden cross located on this road. After the foundation of the 17th century of the convent of Saint Lucia of the Franciscan Order, those friars placed crosses in different places away from the population centers establishing their own V a Crucis.

Chapel of a single body, of limited dimensions, that presents a simple facade in which a half-point cover that houses the wooden door, which allows a view of the interior through balusters that close the gap generated between the stringers and combs of the upper part. On the sides and in the zone of calo the Fachada o frontispicio de una fábrica o de otra cosa.

Tambien se denomina Frontis al paramento verticalñ por encima de un arco
