The property of compositional simplicity where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompasses it within the typology of ecological property, built between medians, being able to date back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. |

The building is erected on a square floor developed at a height. The facade is square in shape, being very narrow and oblong in which two openings open. The building is built by construction processes and more recent structural systems through the use of reinforced concrete in combination with more traditional systems. The set is covered with a roof with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure. |
