The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological property, built between medians, which can be dated to the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates greater artistic achievements in the facade thanks to the use of reinforced concrete, which generates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

This simple house of a height on a rectangular floor distributes its windows and doors carefully by means of an axis of symmetry. All the decorative interest is concentrated in the central part of the sill, which highlights the circular front. In addition, the sill has pilasters on small plinths and with cut-out plates, with molded and crowned edges with a sill with the same decoration as in the cornice.

The gaps repeat the same symmetrical arrangement with respect to the axis of the façade, framed by a kind of molded frame. The windows are closed at the bottom by means of a forging sill.

It has a flat roof flat roof supported by a concrete structure n.

The facade is topped off by a decorated sill. It is made with a cornice and a sill with decoration na curve molding and countercurve mode with flat stripes. Some pilasters are placed at a certain distance that are repeated symmetrically from the central axis of the facade.-Cantillo Abajo, 54

The window carpenter as a singular and original element is divided into three elements or parts. On the one hand the window composed of two folding leaves where in the lower part there is a quarter with relief geometric molding and the upper part is divided into four glazed quarters. Inside, the set is finished off with a light cover that repeats the same decoration as the sill. Finally, as a last element, a forging sill is located. The window is retracted with respect to the line of the facade.-Cantillo Abajo, 54

As an enriching element, aesthetically in the building as a whole, there are forged windows on the windows with symbolic plant decoration.-Cantillo Abajo, 54
