Building of typical Canarian mud jar style architecture typical of the 18th century. The property has undergone an important intervention on the ground floor as the two existing small doors manifest, altering the original facade.

Domestic architecture between rectangular medians, has two heights, where the main facade currently has six openings, two tiny doors resulting from a much later intervention and a small window, while on the noble floor there are three neat windows.

The traditional carpenter applied to all the windows are notable for its high value, as well as the roof of Arab roof tile resolved to four waters with eaves formed by triple row of tiles, and the wooden rulers.

Wood carpenter in window, formed by three parts. In the upper part there is the glazed upright with interior lugs, in the main part it has two glazed leafs with inner lids, and in the lower part it has a sill formed by flat frames.-Cantillo Abajo, 4

In this image you can see the lower part of the window, where the sill is, formed by frames that have a geometric path, which also appears, as can be seen through the glazed leaves, in the leaves interior lights.-Cantillo Abajo, 4
