Prototype of a two-story single-family building between mediators within the nineteenth-century urban urban architecture, which shows a rectangular facade with neat holes. The house has undergone modifications throughout its history, among which it is worth highlighting the expansion of the second floor in the original access module from the street and later modules added in the back of the most modern bill and that build the entire of the plot.

The building is organized on a square floor (the oldest part, while the rest of the aggregates make the original roof pass from square to rectangular) obtained from load-bearing walls perpendicular to the facade, customary in the traditional architecture of the little. The main façade has an orderly distribution of its openings according to schemes and ecological lines with the existence of three windows and a door. The roof in the oldest module is on four waters with a sill that covers it in the facade area.

The distribution of the openings in the façade is organized according to schemes and lines of eclecticism. The facade has a marked rectangular character marked on the top by a smooth sill. The carpentry in windows on the upper floor is of different shape and dimensions to that of the ground floor which denotes its realization at different times.-Cantillo Abajo, 17

The existing windows on the top floor, as a relation not connecting the property with the real road, are formed by two clearly differentiated parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The main part of the set is made up of the swinging leaves, divided into two rectangular glass shutters with a guillotine-like opening system. Window composed of two glazed swinging leaves and a sill with two wooden frames in the lower part, the whole set topped with two interior lighted sheets. The decoration in the quarters, lids and sticks is of geometric relief motifs.-Cantillo Abajo, 17
