Building composed of two analogous volumes, adopting similar aspects in the characteristic elements that make up its façade but not homologous in terms of its plan surfaces. Patrimonially, it is a clear example of a building destined to the right of habitation. The right was granted by the owner of the farm in favor of the sharecroppers in charge of cultivating the annexed land on the farm, in exchange for a percentage of the products grown. The set is dated in the 18th century.

The whole property is built taking advantage of the natural slope of the land, developing its main facade to the southeast where the main road was originally located. The whole of the set is divided into two modules of identical composition, distribution and construction system, differing only in the surfaces that cover in plan (the upper module in the descending direction of the slope is slightly larger in surface).

Individually each module is built on a square floor, from which the walls that generate the total volume that is divided into two floors are developed. The walls are made by traditional techniques of the time, unworked stone walls adhered by mud and externally topped by a thin layer of lime mortar.

Individually, each module has a very humble carpenter on the top floor, made by means of planks assembled without decoration. The carpenter on this floor consists of a window and a wide door in relation to its height to facilitate the entry of light and ventilation. It highlights the external staircase of access to the upper floor, similar in the two modules, made of wood.

The property is made up of two four-water roofs, one per module. The roof is executed by means of a simple and rudimentary roof system based on torque and row on which the curved tiles are arranged.-Barroso, Pol. 5 Parc. 98

The openings are open to the main facade, the carpenter standing out for its austerity and simplicity, which clearly denotes its agrarian character.-Barroso, Pol. 5 Parc. 98

Unique perspective of the property where the uniqueness of its main facade can be seen, divided into two identical units. In both the same compositional distribution is repeated based on a window and door on the upper floor with an exterior access staircase.-Barroso, Pol. 5 Parc. 98

The four-water deck extends some of its skirts over the exterior staircase, developing a small shed in the access area to the upper floor. The roof extends over the vertical of the facade forming a simple eave of curved tiles called channel and blanket.-Barroso, Pol. 5 Parc. 98
