BAR LA COPA (GARCÍA ESTRADA, 57)

The whole property is built taking advantage of the natural slope of the land, developing its main facade to the northeast where the main road was originally located. To the two modules a new building is added that modifies its rectangular plan to one in the form of 'L '. The whole set is divided into two modules of identical composition and construction system, differing only in that the module located to the south is of a single height on a rectangular plan and the module to the north is of two heights erected on A square floor. The walls are made by traditional techniques of the time, stone walls adhered by mud and finished in the corners by carved ashlars of greater size or interwoven as a supporting system. Individually, each module has a very humble carpenter, highlighting in the patio (rear facade) the exterior staircase of access to the upper floor made of wood that lands on a small balcony.

The entire property is covered with two decks, one per module, with three waters in the module of a plant and four waters in the shape of a diamond tip in that of two, both made in curved tiles. One of the roof skirts extends with the same inclination on the exterior wooden staircase, developing a small, concise and elegant balcony in the back area where a patio is located.
