This house of popular character and one floor is located at the intersection of Avenida de Los Remedios and San Isidro Street, was erected at the beginning of the twentieth century continuing its constructive and decorative configuration with the taxes imposed from the previous century with a simple composition of an ecological facade. |

Building that configures a corner by using a plant in 'L ' with a single height, opens its main front to the Avd. De Los Remedios where a resolution is shown that follows the double door-window scheme, opening in it four openings, all of them framed with flat molding and with a z calo that runs through the lower part of the country. This country is framed by side pilasters with a small highlight that runs horizontally across the façade as a ledge, being topped by a parapet that conceals the roof deck. The side facade, without decorative treatment, has three door-window-window openings. |
