Property located between medians on Avenida de Los Remedios, whose main module articulates a plant in 'L ' housing a courtyard inside with two heights that is erected during the first quarter of the twentieth century with the application of the canons aesthetics of an ecological language, where the compositional simplicity and figurative abstraction of the ornamentation is applied to each of its formal bodies together with the incorporation of new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements.

This plant building in 'L ' and two heights with flat roof, presents a typical resolution of the buildings between medians of the early twentieth century. Its main façade composed in a regulated manner through the use of three vertical axes that lined the upper and lower floor openings, those of the ground floor being altered in an intervention to house a commercial premises. The upper floor has the three openings on the cornice line that marks the slab resolved with wrought iron sills without decoration and framed with flat molding. A cornice marks the level of cover on it a parapet with decoration of balusters bounded to the axes of the openings crowns the country.
