Interesting property with four axes of composition and two heights that stands on Avenida de Los Remedios, whose main module articulates a plant in 'L ' with two facades open to the street but shaped as a building between medians. This plant building in 'L ' and two heights with flat roof, presents a typical resolution of the buildings between mediators of the early twentieth century, but being in a corner shows one of its completely blind and untreated medians.
