Two-storey property that stands on Los Remedios Avenue, whose main module articulates a plant in 'L ' (currently with its courtyard full of annexes) being built in the first quarter of the twentieth century. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the decoration of the property are located in the typology of an ecological building built between medians, where new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements are incorporated. |

Building between medians of two heights and with original plant in 'L ' (currently with its interior courtyard filled with building) resolved with flat roof. Its main façade composed in a regulated manner with the use of three vertical axes that line the openings of the upper and lower floors with a broken symmetry by the new incorporation of the garage door. The openings are decorated with flat moldings showing those on the top floor a railing with geometric balusters and a decorative key in their moldings. This country is topped by a sill decorated with geometric motifs. |
