Property of three heights that stands on the popular Los Remedios Avenue, whose main module articulates a plant in 'L ' being built in the first quarter of the twentieth century. With cornices that run along its façade, marked decoration in its openings, and labors of cladding on its sills, these elements are those that place it within the ecological movement of the islands. |

Building of plant in 'L ' with two heights to main facade and three in the interior with flat roof. Built on a corner plot, it resolves a slope to the main road through its backyard where the floor below the ground opens. Its main facade is articulated by three vertical axes where the openings that are highlighted by flat decoration are aligned. On the upper floor it shows sills with wrought ironwork, the composition finishing off a cornice crowned by a roof sill with geometric decoration. In the main facade two windows each corresponding to a plant are aligned on the central axis of the first creak. |
