Property of two heights and between medians, which stands on Avenida de Los Remedios, whose main module could be built in the nineteenth century undergoing an intervention in the first quarter of the twentieth century on its facade, where it shows a compositional simplicity together with the fusion of aesthetic features that encompass it within the incipient ecology typology, where new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements are incorporated.

Building that had to be originally configured by means of a rectangular floor plan and backyard, currently filled by the construction of new building modules. With two heights and traditional cover to four waters and covering of tile in the main module using roof in the secondary ones. The main front is articulated with three openings on the ground floor, treated as a zip line with the zip line and with a cornice line that marks the upper floor that is composed in an orderly way by opening four openings with a wrought iron sill, topping the set a ledge that marks the roof plan topped by a sill with sill that hides the deck.
