Property that stands during the eighteenth century, in the popular El Medio de Arriba street. Where the usual canons of the mud jar architecture present in the archipelago are applied, through the provision of a two-story building that maintains carpentry work in the windows of its upper floor. This building housed the first headquarters of the Casino de Los Realejos society. Currently, it has undergone a series of interventions that have altered its initial configuration, being able to appreciate the opening of commercial lows on its ground floor with the consequent extensions of the openings present in she. |

Building that originally had to cover a rectangular plan distribution with backyard. The ground floor is altered by the interventions that occurred during the twentieth century, which affected the composition of its front, since the lower openings have varied in size and configuration, and should be composed with the typical provision of three three, with the access cover centered, and the noble rooms on the upper floor, where wooden carpenters with carved frames are still kept. The roof is resolved in the traditional way by means of a pair and row wooden structure with four roofs of Arabic tile roof and a two-tooth eave finish. |
