This space is characterized by being at the beginning of a ravine where a huge rock from the Avingo Ravine is located that came here probably due to a colossal ravine landslide up in a few remote areas. From this curious place, where there are beautiful perspectives towards the summit, there is an old royal summit road that was mainly used to communicate the town with the Mount of the Friars and with the next galleries. The Piedra del Barranco is surrounded by an interesting public landscape landscape, because from here you can see the entire mountain range that belongs to the municipality of Arafo, such as the Mount of Ayosa, the Risco de Ayesa, the Pico del Valle and the deep pit of the Barranco de las Gambuezas. It is accessed through Andr s Orozco Batista and La vera streets. It is a huge phonological rock that constitutes one of the most representative morphological landmarks of the municipality of Arafo, as it has a characteristic shape, similar to that of a human skull, which is attached to the ground by its narrowest part. According to experts, it is not a volomical abomba or crushing tap since various analyzes have detected crystals that do not correspond to that morphology but rather it is a mineral composed basically of feldspar and silicate of to the mine. In the margins of the land there are numerous terraces of dry stone and rough yellow and in the channel of the ravine they locate diverse lajiales. The natural vegetation of the area is characterized by ... |
