This building is located at the end of Libertad Street, is the key to the development of the municipality, found imbued with the Plaza de Los Carros or Plazuela del Llano, which was historically a neurological center of the Arafo economy.
In this municipality, with a strong agricultural economy, this place was an enclave for the realization of economic transactions since the 18th century. The cars from the different parts of the island arrived to her, to proceed with the loading and unloading of merchandise, leaving through them to the agricultural production of Arafo, arriving this to the rest of the islander municipalities. Remaining in it still vestiges of the corner reinforcements in some of the buildings for the protection of the beating of the cars in them.
In this building, the old Arafo casino was located as well as the Central Club (1914-1939), where, among other activities, touches of the bands of the municipality were carried out.

Housing located at the confluence of two streets, forming a corner, with an L-shaped floor, adapting to the land with what has a step in the side facade.
The main front is formed by six openings, perfectly ordered, maintaining their leveling.
In the lateral facade seven openings are opened, although one is a small window. Like the previous ones, they keep the symmetry perfectly.
The carpenters on the upper floor are balcony-type windows formed by two leaves with a quarter n at the bottom, and a guillotine window at the top. In front of the windows there is a sill carved with a wooden railing, which gives a balcony look like these windows.
Those on the lower floor have been replaced by aluminum carpenter, although it maintains a similarity with the windows on the upper floor.
The carpenter of the side street windows are two folding leaves, with a quarter n at the bottom, and sash window at the top.
There are two windows at the bottom of the side facade that give luminosity to the interior storage, as well as a large door, which was replaced by a garage door.
The module on the main floor is covered with a four-water roof, while the side is closed with a flat roof.
