This building is located at the end of Libertad Street, a key to the development of the municipality, found imbued by the Plaza de Los Carros or Plazuela del Llano, which was historically a neurological center of the Arafo economy.
In this municipality, with a strong agricultural economy, this place was an enclave for the realization of economic transactions since the 18th century. The cars from the different parts of the island arrived to her, to proceed with the loading and unloading of merchandise, leaving through them to the agricultural production of Arafo, arriving this to the rest of the islander municipalities. Remaining in it still vestiges of the corner reinforcements in some of the buildings for the protection of the beating of the cars in them.
This property is possibly built at the end of the 19th century, replacing some previously existing housing or some sort of segregation of one of the adjoining houses.

Housing built between mediators, of two heights and rectangular plan, which adapts to the land, which has a trapezoidal facade, although it maintains the linearity between the different openings.
It has four openings, two on the ground floor and two on the top floor, maintaining a certain symmetry in the whole.
The carpenter on the upper floor has a fixed wooden sill, formed by two quarters, and two casement windows with sash windows and as an end of the sill an iron forge.
The doors at the bottom are of different characteristics, having been one of them replaced.
The second door is formed by two folding leaves, with rectangular frames of different sizes or making a geometric decoration on the doors. On these, a skylight divided by sticks appears.
The facade is topped with a factory parapet and a stone sill, after which a four-part roof part and a flat roof appear.

EMPLAZAMIENTO
SITUACIÓN

The main square facade of two floors, with an orderly arrangement of the openings. The set is finished off with a flat roof and perimeter the roof with masonry sill.-Esquina de Los Carros, nº 7

The main access door on the ground floor is composed of two folding leaves with geometric relief in each of the rectangular quarters of which each leaf is composed. Superiorly there is a glazed upright that allows access to light inside.-Esquina de Los Carros, nº 7

The secondary access door to the building (modern invoice) is characterized by being an elementary door with two hinged leaves, each composed of three rectangular squares arranged vertically. The upper panel is glazed allowing the passage of light into the interior, using interior light covers. Superiorly there is a glazed upright that allows access to light inside. It has as a frame a curve and countercurve molding.-Esquina de Los Carros, nº 7

The carpentry upstairs is composed of two parts, a fixed wooden sill with frames and two folding leaves composed of glazed guillotine sheets with interior light covers. Delimiting the access area to the outside as a balcony is a small decorative wrought iron with vegetable and organic motifs. The outer frame is flat with a small decoration based on curves and countercurves. The set is topped off with a dust cover.-Esquina de Los Carros, nº 7

Delimiting the façade superiorly, along its entire width, delimiting the perimeter of the flat roof towards the public road, there is a masonry parapet topped with carved stone.-Esquina de Los Carros, nº 7
