In 1964 Ignacio Rivero Mesa and the heirs of Tom s Gil Mesa donated two adjacent lots to the parish for the construction of the hermitage. On March 31, 1965, Bishop Dr. Franco Casc n blessed and laid the first stone of this hermitage.
In 1983, a subsidy was granted for the construction of the chapel, being the neighbors themselves, those who built the facade and walls, covering the following year.
It was opened to worship in November 1984, being completely completed in 1988.

Ermita de San Andrés

Building erected at a height on a rectangular floor. Made using modern techniques (date of construction second half of the 20th century) the walls are made of factory and the whole is covered with a sloping roof of two curved tile waters. The main facade is characterized by being asymmetrical although with a certain logical order. The openings follow the trends with respect to their shape in the rest of the religious precincts present in the municipality, that is, oblong openings topped with semicircular arches, wooden carpenters in doors and windows that allow access to light inside.
