At the end of Liberty Avenue, the key to the development of the municipality, is the Plaza de Los Carros or Plazuela del Llano, which was historically a neurological center of the Arafo economy.
In this municipality, with a strong agricultural economy, this place was an enclave for the realization of economic transactions. The cars from the different parts of the island arrived to her, to proceed with the loading and unloading of merchandise, leaving through them to the agricultural production of Arafo, arriving this to the rest of the islander municipalities. The journalist Secundino Delgado moved with his whole family to this address, since his wife was suffering from tisis. There is no exact date of the family's arrival at this home. In his work 'Vacaguar ' he makes a description of it and what he can observe from his balcony. In 1902, Secundino Delgado was arrested and taken to the prison of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, although his family continued to inhabit the house until some time between 1902 and 1910 in which data appear in which the house goes to be inhabited by Jos Lluch ...

Housing located at the confluence of several streets, is one of the best examples of civil architecture found in the municipality. It consists of two different bodies of rectangular plants, housing and a module of more recent execution. This arrangement generates a small inner courtyard open to the orchards. Attached to the house, in its rear part there is an annexed construction of a single plant that probably houses the kitchen units, since it still retains part of the structure of an oven.

The building was executed through the use of stone walls, with ashlars in the corners, collected with rubble, with mud and smaller stones inside them. The four-water roof is made with the torque and row system, and roof with a curved Arabic tile, extending one of its skirts to cover the kitchen annex.
In the main rectangular facade, there are four openings, two on the upper floor, and two on the lower floor. The holes in the bottom are two double leaf doors with rectangular bearings, where verticality predominates. The upper openings give access to a balcony
On the main front there is also a balcony with three right feet, and a staircase attached to the facade that gives access to it.
On the side façade, Eduardo Curbelo Fari a street, there are two traditional windows of the little dating of the building. They maintain vertical alignment between them.
