This building probably erected in the mid-nineteenth century has its access through Sosa street, but shows its main facade to the historic Isabel II street, currently called La Libertad, whose layout genes correspond to an ancient aboriginal transhumant path that a to the summit and the coast of the Valley of G sea.
This street connects the Plaza de San Juan Degollado with the old Plazuela del Llano, and through it came much of the public and economic life of Arafo running in both directions the cars that communicated this population with the rest of the regions of the island. In it during the 19th and 20th centuries new buildings were erected that housed public functions (casinos, town hall ...) that coexisted with the historic buildings dedicated to the agricultural holdings so present in the municipality.

Housing built following the orography of the land, and in a two-way crossing, which shows two of the four facades of the construction.
Its plant is rectangular, with annexes on the back of the property, overlooking Sosa Street, which is the place through which it is accessed through a single-storey module with a flat roof.
The facade of Libertad Street has a trapezoidal shape, with six openings, which maintain both its level both vertically and horizontally, which gives us an orderly and clean front, saving the change of a lower level window, by a Window possibly for better use of the interior space.
The facade of Sosa Street is presented with a step, in which the main module of the house appears with two heights, and the secondary module, which is accessed, with a single floor.
The carpenter is made, in the windows of the upper floor by guillotine sheets with eight sheets of glass separated by sticks, with those of Liberty Street a wooden sill and Sosa Street one of mortar of larger size.
The lower windows are double blind sheet formed by frames with shutters in each of the sheets, and on these a fixed glass with sticks.
The roof is flat with a mortar parapet and a straight sill that runs the entire perimeter of the roof.
