This building, with its own characteristics of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, is located on Calle Obispo P rez C ceres, next to the historic area known as Cruz del Valle, an area where you can see the Primal form of the rural buildings and plots on the Arafo grows at the end of the 19th century, plots dedicated to agriculture and that by urban development have been imbricated with new buildings of urban character.

This property, which is related to the Rivero family, has strong links with the export of merchandise to South American lands, showing on one of its sides some department stores that will be used as an exit point for the merchandise.

In the forties, Urban Martn lived, who came to town as a guard of a battalion of prisoners of the civil war, using this workforce to fix the access road to Gimar.

Property that built in the form of L, of a single plant, although in the lower part of the house it has a semi-tannum, from which two windows can be seen.

With the passage of time an annexed warehouse is built with a cover of two waters, as well as another series of annexes.

The house has two main facades, one oriented South direction and another East direction, being the entrance to the house by the South facade.

The main front is staggered, to adapt to the land, it has three openings, a two doors in the highest part of the property, and a window in the lower part.

On the east facade there are five openings, being three large windows and two windows to give luminosity to the semi-tan.

The carpentry of the doors of simple billing, with rectangular frames where the height predominates, emphasizing that on one of the doors there is a fixed glass divided by three vertical baquetillas.

The windows are balconera type with two folding leaves with a blind sill with wooden beams in all its contour.

They also have another decorative wrought iron sill with spiral shapes, topped with a wooden railing.

The access door to the warehouse is similar to the access doors to the house, having four bodies, which are coupled by hinges.

The set is topped with a sill, topped with a stone railing, which conceals a flat roof.
