This building nestled in the Calle Musicos de Arafo, linked to the road between the Villa and the volcano, is a place where you can still see the original form of rural buildings and plots on Arafo grows at the end of the century XIX, mixed with plots dedicated to agriculture. With the existing characteristics on the facades, we can date approximately the construction of this house in the period of expansion suffered by the municipality in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. |

Housing made between mediators, of two heights and a rectangular floor plan, to which annexes have been added at the rear until the backyard is completely covered. On the facade we can see four openings perfectly aligned and similar to the central axis of this, being divided two to two, being those of the ground floor and balcony windows of the high silver. The doors are made with two swinging leaves, and two rectangular frames, where the one at the top has been made with sash windows. The balcony windows at the top are formed by two swinging leaves and frames replaced at the top by sash windows. The work of forging on the railing is with geometric spiral motifs, topped in its railing by wood. The facade is topped with a factory sill, decorated with a ledge that marks the height at which the flat roof with which the set is topped begins. |
