This building nestled in Calle Musicos de Arafo, within the historic area known as Cruz del Valle, is linked to the road between the Villa and the volcano, where some rural buildings and plots can still be seen on the Arafo grows at the end of the 19th century, plots dedicated to agriculture and that by urban development have been imbricated with new buildings of urban character.
