This urban character building must have been built in the mid-19th century, showing its façade to a booming urban environment such as the historic Isabel II street, currently called La Libertad, whose plotting lines correspond to an old Aboriginal transhumant road that a to the summit and the coast of the G Mar Valley.
This street connects the Plaza de San Juan Degollado with the old Plazuela del Llano, and through it came much of the public and economic life of Arafo running in both directions the cars that communicated this population with the rest of the regions of the island. In it during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries new buildings were erected that housed public functions (casinos, town hall ...) that coexisted with the historic buildings dedicated to the agricultural holdings so present in the municipality.

Housing made between medians, rectangular, with two heights and adapted to the orography of the area, which causes it to have a trapezoidal facade.
The property has in the back a number of annexes after the original construction.
The main front of the house has five openings, three at the bottom, and two at the top, placed asymmetrically, which gives the whole a messy appearance.
The lower gaps are three access doors to the house with different characteristics between them.
The windows of the upper floor are of similar characteristics with a wooden sill, with swinging wooden leaves, where one of the frames has been replaced by a shutter incorporated in each of the leaves. Superiorly there is a fixed glass separated by sticks, with an exterior molding of the set made of wood decorated with curves and against curves.
The set is topped with a flat roof hidden behind a factory parapet with a cement mortar sill, straight that runs along the entire front of the house.
