This building is located on Libertad Street, whose pathway genes correspond to an ancient aboriginal transhumant road that joins the summit and coast of the Gimar Valley. This street, which connects the Plaza de San Juan Degollado with the old Plazuela del Llano, lived with the historic buildings dedicated to the agricultural holdings so present in the municipality. This building has the characteristics of the buildings of the late nineteenth century. |

Two-storey property, it is its lowest part, adapting to the land and a single plant in the area furthest from Juan Luis Coello Rodr guez street. The house is at the crossroads of two ways, which causes two facades of equal importance, one of them rectangular, and another trapezoidal shape adapting to the orography of the adjoining land. The plant is rectangular, leaving a small patio entering adjacent. The facades are topped with a decoration cornice that marks the beginning of the second floor, and with a cornice, larger, which marks the end of this second floor and the beginning of the parapet, which is topped with a sill of stone. The east façade is comprised of four perfectly arranged openings, two to two, with folding double leaf doors, and two window doors on the top that face the exterior as a balcony. In the south façade the door and the window door in the upper part are repeated, in this part of the housing module, while in the other two modules of the house, in which the two-storey module has five vain, and the one plant only one. The openings of these modules are more messy, although they maintain a logical order for the different interior units. The carpentry of the main module of the house, remains original, with the doors having a geometric decoration in the quarters, while the windows doors are formed by two folding leaves and sash windows.
