CALLE LA LIBERTAD, Nº 71

Housing located at the confluence of two streets, in two heights, with irregular plant. The facades are trapezoidal, adapting to the orography typical of the area, maintaining both the openings of the upper floor and those of the ground floor.

The façade located towards La Libertad Street has seven openings, symmetrical, where the appearance of a fourth room on the ground floor breaks with the symmetry of the front.

The facade of La Cruz Street, has two heights in the part of the house and a single plant in the garage or rear area of the property, forming a staggering in it.

The windows have a wooden sill and curve and countercurve moldings. As soon as the access door is made with two swinging leaves with vertical frames and a skylight in the upper part.

The house is topped with a flat roof protected with a parapet on La Paz street and with a small balustrade on La Cruz street.
