This building probably erected in the first quarter of the twentieth century, was always related to Calle La Herrer, which historically communicated with the Cruz del Valle area, since the new Avda. De Los Reyes de Espa a, was not executed until the last third of the twentieth century.

Housing built along the slope of the street, in the corner, although there are no openings in one of these facades, in which two modules are distinguished, the first one of a plant and the second of two floors high, producing a staggering of the facade.
Its plant is rectangular, having subsequently added other rooms, which has given a larger size to the whole, which has occupied one hundred percent of the plot.
The front has a total of seven openings, distributed three in the module of a plant and four in the one of two heights, not maintaining order or simetr safe the doors-windows of the upper part.
The facade of two heights has two cornices, marking the start-end of the second floor.
All the roofs are flat and protected with a parapet that, in the case of a single plant, is protected with a stone sill, while in the two heights the parapet is topped with a mortar with a coronation molding.

SITUACIÓN
EMPLAZAMIENTO

The property is located at a crossroads, between La Herrería street and Reyes de España Avenue. The property has the same original configuration, staggered façade adapting to the slight unevenness of the land, with a two-floor creaking and one floor. The disposition of the openings is maintained, but the carpentry has been replaced by a modern one. The existing carpentry retains in broad strokes the character of the original. The original carpentry of the doors was two folding leaves with wooden frames and glazed upright. The windows on the ground floor were two folding leaves, each with a wooden room and a glass sash window. The carpentry of the windows on the top floor was included in the category of door / window, two folding leaves with a wooden room and sash window each.-Calle La Herrería nº 16

Superiorly delimiting the facade, along its entire width in the area of two heights, a cornice made of cement mortar is located. On the cornice and delimiting the perimeter of the flat roof towards the public road is a parapet with masonry.-Calle La Herrería nº 16
