This building of two heights, should have been built during the nineteenth century, being located in the street of La Cruz that communicated with the area corresponding to the initial settlement of Arafo. The eruption of the Arenas volcano in 1705 caused part of the population to move further north. In 1871 the chapel of La Cruz was blessed, built at the initiative of Mr. Tom s P. rez Bencomo, in whose surroundings some historical buildings can be seen, linked to agricultural activities, and that near the street of the Cross, gave Departure to these through the old Plazuela del Llano.

Housing built between medians, of two heights with a rectangular floor plan, in which annexes have been added to the rear, filling the total volume of the patio that previously existed in the complex.
The facade has four openings distributed regularly, two in the upper part and two in the lower one, having modified one of the lower gaps, increasing its size to create an access door.
The lower window has been restored, maintaining its own characteristics, wooden sill with two frames, and guillotine window with sticks.
The holes in the upper part are balcony windows formed by swinging leaves with two differentiated bodies, one a fixed room at the bottom and a guillotine window at the top. The set is finished off with a wrought iron railing with floral motifs.
On the facade there are three watersheds, which give relief to a flat roof, which is accessed by a wooden staircase located outside.
