This building shows the typical characteristics of the Canarian rural architecture. It was probably erected in the seventeenth century, being located on La Cruz Street is located in the surroundings of the Cruz del Valle and the volcanoes where you can still see the original form of rural buildings and plots on the Arafo grows at the end of XIX century. This building probably built in that century shows the characteristics of a rural building and related to the plots dedicated to agriculture, which due to the subsequent urban development have been imbricated with new buildings of urban character.

Isolated house of rectangular plant and two heights, in which new annexed constructions have been made.
Performed by whistling by rows with blocks of white tuff collected with mortar.
It has a rectangular facade with seven openings, placing three at the top, connected by means of an outside balcony.
On the east façade of the building, the presence of a wooden balcony stands out, being able to appreciate the carpentry work in the canes, simple bearings made with wooden planks, balusters and right feet.
The roof is made of four waters with curved tiles.
