This building probably erected during the early twentieth century, and whose current owner is Mr. Rafael Meli n, is located in the historic Eduardo Curbelo Fari street that communicated the old Plazuela del Llano, a place of reference for the spider economy , with the old gofio mill and the public lavatories, whose origins in its layout correspond to the old aboriginal transhumance road that joins the summit and the coast of the G Mar Valley, and which continues along La Morra del Tanque , El Pinalete and Las Arenas, links Arafo, with La Orotava, through La Crucita and Aguamansa.

Housing of an isolated square floor height, with a patio that gives access to the house. There is an annex to the property that is being used as a garage.
It is built with white tufa blocks, collected with mortar.
The facade that overlooks the main street is rectangular, with a single vain that maintains the hollow although its carpenter has been replaced.
The set is topped with a passable flat roof that can be accessed through an annex to the building.
