This building located in the historic Eduardo Curbelo Fari street that communicated the old Plazuela del Llano, a place of reference for the spider economy, with the old gofio mill and the public washrooms, whose origins in its layout correspond with the old aboriginal transhumance road that joins the summit and coast of the G Mar Valley, and that continuing along La Morra del Tanque, El Pinalete and Las Arenas, joins Arafo, with La Orotava, through La Crucita and Water Meek. The construction shows characteristic features of rural architecture of the eighteenth century, and can be erected throughout this century.

House of square plant of three heights, located in corner, with which two facades can be observed clearly, being the East in a private patio and the North gives to the main street. With the passage of time they have added another series of constructions to the set, which have given it a greater volume.
In a superior annex to the house, it has been created at some time to give access to the house, since, with the passage of time, the access of the house was below the street level.
The main facade is five openings, two of them being in the annexes, being outside the symmetry of the whole. The lower hole has been replaced and its size modified, as well as the upper one, although only the carpenter, since the opening continues to maintain the size.
In the east facade two openings are appreciated, and the beams of the third floor of the set.
The set is topped with a sloping roof of four curved tile waters. The rest of the annexes are covered with different roofs both flat and inclined to one or two waters.
