This building is located on Calle Cdido Mesa Rodr guez. Street linked to the area known as Cruz del Valle, is the area in which the town was growing in the nineteenth century, and where we can find plots dedicated to agriculture, such as plots in which there has been an urban development. This house possibly built in that century, retains all the characteristics of that time, although it has undergone the usual changes due to the passage of time, although at present it has a serious state of deterioration. |

Rectangular floor house built on several levels, to adapt to the ground, in which one part has two floors, while the largest module is a single floor. On the façade, there are six openings, two in the upper part, and four in the lower one, two of the lower doors being larger to be used for access to the backyards of the property. The first module consists of two floors, with a large, non-existent access door, and an upper window formed by two rotating blades and with rectangular frames at the bottom and sash windows at the top. This module is completed with a sill with stone handrails, which conceals a flat roof. The second module, also with two floors, has two openings, one on each floor and is topped with a four-water roof, almost completely demolished. The access door is formed by two folding leaves with decoration in the frames and a fixed panel in the upper part of the door, glass separated by two vertical racks. The window is formed by two leaves, also foldable with three frames each and with a fixed horizontal glazing on the window to give luminosity to the interior in the case of being closed shutters. |
