Located on Marrio Marrero Fari Street, it has another rear access through Rafael Calvijo Street. It is a unique project of equipment within the urban center, composed of two phases. The first corresponds to an auditorium-projection room with an estimated capacity of 486 seated people distributed in two heights and that includes both the room itself and the necessary complementary spaces (administration, dressing rooms, storage and projection room). The second part consists of a cultural center dedicated mostly to a music conservatory and is divided into two floors. The ground floor contains four rehearsal rooms for bands, rondalla and corals, as well as an exhibition hall and a cafeteria. The library is located on the top, consisting of a file area and a reading room. In the rest of the plant the conservatory classrooms and storage and administration areas are arranged. The building has been created as a unified element but with autonomous operation of the auditorium and cultural center.
