The carpentry of the Hern ndez Siverio brothers has been located in this building since the thirties. Founded by the father of these, Pedro Hern ndez P rez, who set up a small carpentry in a room with direct access to the street, in the first bay. After his death in 1943, his children continued in the trade until the 1980s, when the last of them closed when he retired. Its state of preservation is good. although it presents dirt inside, typical of the work of the wood, accumulation of equipment and materials. Its current use is domestic.
