Its external presence does not match the social importance of the character that gives it historical ownership. Its interior is remodeled, except for the first dependencies. In the decade of the 20s of the 20th century it was acquired by Vicente Rodr guez Romero, in the decade of the 50s it was requisitioned for military use and housing of the teacher. Later it was the family home of an important local farmer, Santiago Hern ndez. Stresses the frontispiece with jambs of canter and also presents a volcanic stone stone added in the twentieth century.

The facade has three windows of vertical proportion and a door with volcanic stone jambs, as well as corner corners.

The Jos Betancort street façade has two doors with different gaps, one with painted plaster jambs and a roof covering. The stone walls are layered and flat roof. Inner courtyard with balconies, kitchen, warehouses and orchards disappeared to transform into independent housing.
