Single-family house of popular style that was projected on two floors from an irregular arrangement due to its solar base.
Until the decade of the seventies of the twentieth century this property was used as a mortuary room where people killed in the payment of Los Valles were watched, to be subsequently buried in the holy field, in the cemetery of La Villa de Teguise.
