Traditional style property is orial in which the carpenters, mud jar structure roofs and openings stand out. By 1930 it was acquired by Esteban D az Morales to use it as a casino. In 1938 La Falange was expropriated, remaining since the second half of the twentieth century as the seat of the Court, the Public Library and the headquarters of a youth association. Currently they are facilities of the Guarder a Municipal.
