Sobrado: habita is of two floors of colonial style architecture. They were built approximately at the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. Remains of a scravocratic society, the surpluses were the houses of the rural aristocracy of S or Philip on which the higher standards were reserved for a dwelling or two properties, and the ground floors were destined to places and frames. u201 This surplus was built by Ricardo Barbosa Vicente 'Nh K ' emigrant to Guin. It is known that this privilege occurred in remote temples to Capit or Marcelino Jos Jorge Henriques, or Capit o-Mor das Ilhas Fogo e Brava '. (BARBOSA e SILVA, 2018). |

It is distributed on floors, all arc-shaped arc holders of meia volta, with glazed bandeiras and madeira parapet. Covering a central portal no floor um alpenre t rreo supported in colunas with capital decorated and varanda with bullet stres of foundation not upper floor. It currently houses or Hotel Savana. |
