Organized by the main façade: central access portal not on the lower floor and on the other side of the upper floor, tilted by duo janelas in a bowed arch on each side .

No interior opening or passageway in the full arch that emulates a wooden or central scale, and is in the form of 'U ' starting from first leg patamar. Pasam o, decorated Madeira liners.

Highlights or finishes in the facade, carpintaria das janelas and portas em facade, cornija, gulas and tube remains, scaffold, soalho and varanda de cimento.
