This traditional-style home is located in the Virginia Passage, with no assigned number, in the coastal neighborhood of Igueste de San Andr s, in the Anaga district of the capital of Santa Cruz. Like many of the traditional houses that are located in this neighborhood, it is abandoned. |

The house was built as an isolated rectangular nave, with two crumbs and a four-water roof. In addition to the main nave, there are a series of scattered buildings that accompany it as small pens and implements. The interior of the house is subdivided into 3 rooms by means of two thinner partitions. |

The recurring construction system in these buildings is the masonry enclosures, with both exterior and interior lime cladding, curved tile roof and wooden armature in parhilera, with caizo support. The carpenter is made of wood in the different openings that are found both on the facade and on the back of the entrance to the house. The exterior is painted in color, with vertical gray stripes on the corners. |
