In the eighteenth century he settled in a private house, located in the street of the Marina in front of the castle of San Pedro, remaining in this place until he moved in 1862 to the street of La Laguna (current Rambla de Pulido), in the South side of the Capitan building a. Manuel de Ora built it in 1858 as House-Month and the following year he went to the General Directorate of Artiller a. In 1862, the Maestranza was established and by RO of January 25, 1867 he was declared Artiller Park a. Currently, he serves as a military library. For the construction of the building, all the useful woods that resulted from the demolition of wineries owned by Cdida C logan (wife of Ora) in the Orotava were used. It has a rectangular plan. In elevation, a floor is presented at the front, although a block of two bodies is raised behind the inner courtyard. Its cover is tetr stila with door posed by pilasters, while the other two delimit with two windows.
